The Vision Lord calendar is comprised of 13 months, each made up of exactly 28 days. This is because while Art Jeanus was out doing skateboard tricks on Halley's Comet, he could never keep track of how many days were in April. Just another example of unnecessary complication.

The Remainder

Because 28 * 13 is only 364, whereas the Earth revolves around the sun once every 365.25 days, we leave the calendar behind for 1 day (or 2 days every 4th year) at the conclusion of the 13th month. We call this time The Remainder. During this time, Vision Lords are encouraged to leave their schedules behind and just hang out, doing whatever.

Observed Holidays

Vision Lords don't fuck around when it comes to holidays, we observe 364 of them during the calendar year. That's right, one for each day. Before you get too excited though, keep in mind, not every day is a holiday. To keep things interesting, some days are several holidays simultaneously. Some holidays are considered personal, and a Vision Lord can choose which day of the year to celebrate it for themselves. If this sounds strange, consider the common practice of celebrating birthdays or anniversaries. To keep things even more interesting, every year our holidays have a small chance of picking a new day for themselves, based on an advanced alien computer algorithm.

What day is it today?

Temporary Google Calendar of Major Vision Lord Holidays

While we work towards the development of our entire calendar of holidays (364 of them) mapped to our 13 month calendar in digital format, this shitty Google calendar using the traditional 12 month calendar will have to suffice. You would be amazed at how difficult it is to create a digital calendar that does not use the traditional date format. All the computers are designed around it, which is crazy, because why would computers care about what day of the month it is?
